Very nice hotel in San Juan del Rio. Rooms were clean and the receptionist were very kind and always very helpful when asking for information. There’s a gym and a pool which is not exactly warm but is somehow heated to be not as cold as environment. There’s a shopping mall in front of the hotel which you can walk very easy.

Lovely architecture. Rooms were ok, nothing fancy. The service was very good 👍 Restaurant was good, maybe a bit overpriced tje breakfast for the region prices.

Elegant, traditional. I've never stayed here, I've only experienced an event and a few meals. It's a beautiful structure and the food has always been very good. The ambiance is excellent.

Went here to the restaurant, I didn't spend time in the hotel. Restaurant is very nice with good variety and good service

Very nice hotel with very spacious high ceiling rooms. Lush internal courtyards, swimming pool and primal architecture with old style lampions and exposed beams. Very friendly service and restaurant and bar with great menu. Close to highway but still very quiet and a home type ambiance. Always my choice when in town. The downtown is walking distance (30 minutes of leisure walk). Across the street you have a shopping mall, major grocery store 10 minutes walking, and Coral del Vaca restaurant just behind the hotel. All in all perfect location away from home if you visit or come to work.

Very nice hotel. Looks like a venue for a movie scene set in colonial times. The hotel is very close to the historic city center where you can find a lot of great places to eat. Across the street you can go shopping at the Galleria. The rooms are also very beautiful and clean. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel restaurant serves typical mexican breakfast.

Excellent place, beautiful, elegant, comfortable, friendly, clean. Friendly staff, Really Hacienda. Oh!, and nice pool!! This place is a great experience, with your family, romance moment or business. I love it!!
